质量组物料 (qmptc0120m000)

使用此进程以对具有相似质量标准的物料分组。某个物料只能分在一个质量组中。为质量组定义的质量数据将适用于该组的所有物料，除非质量数据是为该组中的特定物料定义的。

质量组

A group of items with similar quality characteristics. The data defined for the quality group are used as defaults for all items of that quality group.

物料

The raw materials, subassemblies, finished products, and tools that can be purchased, stored, manufactured, and sold.

An item can also represent a set of items handled as one kit, or which exist in multiple product variants.

You can also define nonphysical items, which are not retained in inventory but can be used to post costs or to invoice services to customers. The examples of nonphysical items:

  • Cost items (for example, electricity)
  • Service items
  • Subcontracting services
  • List items (menus/options)

  • 标准物料以物料代码表示。
  • 分段物料包含项目代码段和物料基本段（定制物料的物料代码）。 在“物料代码分段 (tcibd0500m000)” 进程中定义物料可以包含的段。
