use this session to define and set the ODM parameters. Setting the parameters allows Infor LN to default the data in sessions.

The date and time when the parameter set is created.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Quick Approval Process

If this check box is selected, Infor LN selects the Quick Approval Process check box in the Documents (dmdoc1510m000) and the File Linking (dmdoc4540m002) sessions.

Parallel Development of Doc Rev

If this check box is selected, Infor LN selects the Currently under Exclusive Revise check box in the Documents (dmdoc1510m000) session.

Note: When this check box is selected, only one revision with In Design status can exists in the Documents (dmdoc1510m000) session.
DOC Fixed Reviewers

If this check box is selected, Infor LN selects the Fixed Reviewers Sequence check box in the Documents (dmdoc1510m000) and the File Linking (dmdoc4540m002) sessions.

CHM Direct Approver

If this check box is selected, Infor LN selects the Direct Approval check box in the Changes (dmchm0111m000) session.

CHM Fixed Reviewers

If this check box is selected, Infor LN selects the Fixed Reviewers Sequence check box in the Changes (dmchm0111m000) session.

Simple Change Management

If this check box is selected, Infor LN selects the Simple CHM check box in the Changes (dmchm0111m000) session.

Related Objects

If this check box is selected, the related object functionality is implemented.

Note: 
  • If the related object functionality is implemented, the document revision linked to the related object is also displayed along with the document revisions of the main object when the paper icon option is selected in the main object session that can be done as long as the related object is defined for the main object.
  • When the related object functionality is implemented and the paper icon option is selected in the main object session, the document revision linked to the related object is also displayed along with the document revisions of the main object. This is only possible if related objects are defined for the main object.
  • The related object must be defined before this functionality is implemented.
