Mask Configuration (dmcom0520m000)
Use this session to list the masks defined for a field. This session also enables you to define new mask configurations and to edit the existing mask configurations.
A mask consists of one or more concatenated mask template segments. The segment can be of the following types:
- Fixed, for example, DOC-
- Generated
In a generated segment, the pound sign (#) represents a digit, while an asterisk (*) represents a letter.
- Mask Code

The mask code, which is the descriptive name for the object mask.
- Mask

The mask configuration, for fixed and generated format segments.
- Value for Dependent Field

The Mask Depend On/Object Type value.
- User

The name of the user who creates the mask configuration.
- Date of Creation

The date and time of the creation of the mask configuration.
