Entity Relationship Diagram Properties (tgerm1102s000)
Use this session to view and change the details of an entity-relationship diagram which can be maintained in the Create Entity Relationship Diagram (tgerm1103s000) session.

The description or name of the version.

Note: The maximum length of the description is 60 characters. - Expired

If this check box is selected, the entity-relationship diagram has expired as the version it is in is not valid anymore.
- Generation Date

By default, the date when the entity-relationship diagram was generated. However, any authorized BAAN user can change the date into another date.

The login of the owner.

The stage in the development of a model item.

The description or name of the status.

If this check box is selected, the entity-relationship diagram can only be modified by the owner. If specific users and/or tools roles are specified for the entity-relationship diagram in the Users by Status by Model Item (tgbrg5108m000) session, the owner must be included in that list.

If this check box is selected, the entity-relationship diagram can only be modified by the user who has the tools role indicated in the Tools role field.
If specific users and/or tools roles are specified for the entity-relationship diagram in the Users by Status by Model Item (tgbrg5108m000) session, the tools role in the field mentioned must be included in that list.

If this check box is selected, the entity-relationship diagram can be modified by any user. However, if specific users and/or tools roles are specified for the entity-relationship diagram in the Users by Status by Model Item (tgbrg5108m000) session, only those users or tools roles are authorized.
