Employee Groups (tgbrg8155m000)

Use this session to create and maintain employee groups.

The Employee groups can be used to import a group of employees in the project models. A large number of dem employees, can be organized into groups per department. However, instead of linking single employees to project models you can link employee groups to project models. The employee groups are more of an organizational feature, not a functional feature. It is used to divide large groups of employees into segments of employees.

There is some limited functionality when importing groups into the project models and the purpose is mainly organizational / information.

Employee Group

An organizational unit of employees. For example, sales department or purchase department.

Version

A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as the customer, owner, and effective date.

Description

The description or name of the version.

Employee Group Type

A label that can be used to categorize employee groups.

Description

The description or name of the employee group type.

Expired

If this check box is selected, the employee group has expired and can no longer be used in the current modeling version.

Current Modeling Version

The version you currently use to create and modify model items.

Time

The time when the last changes were made to this session.

Date

The date when the last changes were made to this session.

User

The user who made the last changes in this session.
