Responsibility Codes (tgbrg8130m000)
Use this session to list the responsibility codes which you can create and maintain in the Responsibility Codes (tgbrg8130s000) details session.
You can assign responsibility codes to roles in the following sessions:
- The Roles by Business Process by Business Model (tgbrg3140s000) session
- The Role by Business Process Activity Properties (tgbrg3150s000) session
- The Roles by Business Process (tgbrg5106m000) session
- Responsibility Code

A task that can be linked to a role, and which is used for authorization purposes. If a responsibility code is linked to a role, at least on of the responsibility codes must have the value Yes to authorize the role.
- Description

The description or name of the responsibility code.
- Execute Activity

If the value of this field is Yes, the activity to which you link this responsibility code can be carried out by a user with the right role.
If the value of this field is No, the activity to which you link this responsibility code cannot be carried out.
Note: If you link at least one responsibility code with execute permission to an activity, that activity can be carried out.Responsibility Carry out activity A No B Yes C No If you link the above responsibilitie codes to an activity, a user with the right role can carry out that activity even though two of the responsibility codes do not have execute permission.
