Roles by Employee (in all versions) (tgbrg8123m000)

Use this session to link roles from different versions to an employee. When you need to link employees to several project models that have been defined in different versions, this session facilitates the linking of roles to those employees.

Employee

A human member of an organization model. Typically, employees are Workflow users who carry out activities with the Worklist Handler.

Role

In Enterprise Modeler a role is a set of specific qualifications and/or skills that an employee must have to be authorized to carry out a business process, activity, or subapplication.

Version

A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as the customer, owner, and effective date.

Expired

If this check box is selected, the link between the employee and the role has expired in this version.

An employee who has this role can in this version no longer carry out the business processes and/or activities to which the role is linked. However, if the same link exists in another version, the employee who has this role can in that version still carry out the business processes and/or activities to which the role is linked.

Last Change User

The user who made the last changes in this session.

Name

The name of the employee.

Description

The description or name of the role.

Description

The description or name of the version.

Date

The date when the last changes were made to this session.

Time

The time when the last changes were made to this session.

Last change user

The name of the user who made the last changes in this session.
