Use this session to link one or more roles to an employee.

In Enterprise Modeler a role is a set of specific qualifications and/or skills that an employee must have to be authorized to carry out a business process, activity, or subapplication.

The code that identifies the employee.
- Version

A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as the customer, owner, and effective date.
Note: If the version is not equal to the current modeling version, it is a derived-from version. As a result, the role can only be displayed in the read only mode. - Description

The description or name of the version.
- Expired

If this check box is selected, the link between the employee and the role has expired and cannot be used in the current modeling version.
An employee who has this role, can in this version no longer carry out the business processes and/or activities to which the role is linked. However, if the same link exists in another version, the employee who has this role can in that version still carry out the business processes and/or activities to which the role is linked.
