Subroles by Role (tgbrg8115m000)

Use this session to create and maintain subroles by a role.

New subroles are created in the Roles (tgbrg8110m000) session and can only be created in the current modeling version.

Role: In Enterprise Modeler a role is a set of specific qualifications and/or skills that an employee must have to be authorized to carry out a business process, activity, or subapplication.
Subrole: A regular role that is linked to another role at one level below the latter.
Version: A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as the customer, owner, and effective date.

Note: If the version is not equal to the current modeling version it is a derived-from version. As a result, the role can only be displayed in the read only mode.
Description: The description or name of the version.
Expired: If this check box is selected, the link between the role and subrole has expired and cannot be used in the current modeling version. This means that, in this version, an employee who has this subrole cannot carry out the business processes and/or activities to which the role is linked.
Subrole: The description or name of the subrole.
Description: The description or name of the role.
Current Modeling Version: The version you currently use to create and modify model items.
Date: The date when the last changes were made to this session.
Time: The time when the last changes were made to this session.
Last change user: The name of the user who made the last changes in this session.
