Roles (tgbrg8110m000)

Use this session to create and maintain roles.

Role: In Enterprise Modeler a role is a set of specific qualifications and/or skills that an employee must have to be authorized to carry out a business process, activity, or subapplication.
Version: A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as the customer, owner, and effective date.

Note: If the version is not equal to the current modeling version it is a derived-from version. As a result, the role can only be displayed in the read only mode.
Description: If the version of the role is not equal to the current modeling version it is a derived-from version and as a result read only.
User: The name of the user who made the last changes in this session.
Expired: If this check box is selected, the role has expired and can no longer be used in the current modeling version.
Date: The date when the last changes were made to this session.
Time: The time when the last changes were made to this session.
User: The user who made the last changes in this session.
Current Modeling Version: The version you currently use to create and modify model items.
Description: The description or name of the version.
