Note:

The level of authorization for a subapplication is determined in the following three sessions:

  • Business Process Activities (tgbrg5122s000)
  • Subapplications by Activity (tgbrg5123s000)
  1. When you link a subapplication to an activity of application type the same level of authorizations applies to both applications.
  2. In the Subapplications by Activity (tgbrg5123s000) session you can change the level of authorization for the subapplication in relation to the level of authorization that you selected in the Business Process Activities (tgbrg5122s000) session.
  3. When you link a role to a subapplication you can only decrease the level of authorization for that role in relation to the level of authorization that you selected in the Subapplications by Activity (tgbrg5123s000) session.
