Use this session to create a business process while you work in the Enterprise Modeler Editor

A set of one or more activities and states that collectively realize a business objective.
- Version

A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as the customer, owner, and effective date.
- Description

The description or name of the version.

The description or name of the business process.
- Generation Date

By default, the date when the business process was created. However, anybody who is authorized can change the date into another date.
- Owner

An ERP user who has created a model item or version, or the ERP user who is responsible for the model or version.

The date when the last change was made to the business process.
- User Last Change

The ERP user who made the last change to the business process.

The name of the user who made the last change to the business process.
- Business Process Category

A division within a system of classification. Most model items can be categorized.

The description or name of the category.
- Support Application

One or more applications that can be linked to a business process or an activity to help the employee carry out the process/activity. Note that a support application can contain both applications and other support applications.

The description or name of the support application.
- Expired

If this check box is selected, the business process has expired.

If this check box is selected, repository Help is available, which provides you with further information about the business process.
- Diagram Status

The stage in the development of a model item.
Note: You can only change the status to a status that directly precedes or succeeds (determined by the sequence number) the current status. - Description

If this check box is selected, only the owner is authorized to modify the business process. In addition, the owner must also be authorized for the version and the status of the business process.

- Users with Tools Role

If this check box is selected, the only person who can modify the business process is the ERP user who has the Tools role that is specified in the Only Role is Authorized field. Users who have this Tools role must additionally also be authorized for the version and the status of the business process.
You can link Tools roles to a normal user in the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session.
Note: Super users already have Tools roles. - Only Role is Authorized

If this check box is selected, all ERP users are authorized to modify the business process. In addition, the users must also be authorized for the version and the status of the business process.

- The protocol to be used in accessing the resource (such as http: for a World Wide Web page, or ftp: for an FTP site).
