Use this session to display and maintain the business-function details.

A model item that defines relevant business issues.
A business function is used in business control diagrams to show how the primary process of an organization is controlled. In addition, a business function is the primary part of a business function model, which is a multilevel structure of the functions used in the business control model. A business function model provides a hierarchical breakdown of the business function.
You can also use a business function to transform a function model to a process model.

A user-definable code that indicates the position of a model item relative to other model items.

- Parent Business Function

The business function that is one level above the current business function and to which the current business function is linked.

- Generation Date

By default, the date when the business function was created. However, anybody who is authorized can change the date into another date.

An ERP user who has created a model item or version, or the ERP user who is responsible for the model or version.

If this check box is selected, only the owner is authorized to modify the business function.
In addition, the owner must also be authorized for the version and the status of the business function.

If this check box is selected, only ERP users who have the Tools role that is specified in the Only Role is Authorized field, are authorized to modify the business function.
In addition, ERP users who have this role must also be authorized for the version and the status of the business function.
You can link Tools roles to an ERP user in the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session.
Note: Super users already have Tools roles. - Only Role is Authorized
