User Authorization by Version (tgbrg1155s000)

Use this session to select a ERP user who you want to authorize for the version that you have selected.

Version: A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as the customer, owner, and effective date.
Description: The description or name of the version.
User: A person who is authorized to log on to the LN applications, and for whom data such as a startup menu, an operational language, and roles (authorizations) is defined.
User: The user's full name.
Authorized for all versions: This field indicates if the user is authorized for all versions. Whether or not a user is authorized for all versions is specified in the User Authorization for all Versions (tgbrg1140m000) session.
