Version Authorization by User (tgbrg1150m000)

Use this session to list the versions for which the selected user is authorized.

Start the User Authorization by Version (tgbrg1155s000) session to specify the authorization. Any authorization that is given in the current session, is automatically included in the User Authorization by Version (tgbrg1155s000) session and vice versa.

If you want a user to have authorization for all versions, use the User Authorization for all Versions (tgbrg1140m000) session.

Note: The versions that are used in this session have nothing to do with the ERP VRC mechanism.

User: A person who is authorized to log on to the LN applications, and for whom data such as a startup menu, an operational language, and roles (authorizations) is defined.
User: The user's full name.
Authorized for all versions: This field indicates if a user is authorized for all versions. Whether or not a user is authorized for all versions is determined in the User Authorization for all Versions (tgbrg1140m000) session.
Version: A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as the customer, owner, and effective date.
Description: The description or name of the version.
