Enterprise Structure Models (tgbrg0112s000)

Use this session to display and maintain the details of an enterprise-structure model.

To change an enterprise-structure model:

  • You need the correct authorization
  • The version must be equal to the current modeling version.
Current Modeling Version

The version you currently use to create and modify model items.

Enterprise Structure Model

An enterprise structure diagram that shows the geographic location of enterprise units and the relationships between these enterprise units in a multisite organization.

Description

The description or name of the enterprise-structure model.

Version

A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as the customer, owner, and effective date.

Description

The description or name of the model item.

Generation Date

By default, this is the date when the enterprise-structure model is created. However, anybody who is authorized can change the date into any other date.

Owner

An ERP user who has created a model item or version, or the ERP user who is responsible for the model or version.

Owner

The name of the owner.

Map

A graphic design that is used to visualize geographical locations of the enterprise units in an enterprise structure diagram.

Help text

If this check box is selected, Help text, which provides you with further information about the enterprise-structure model, has been created.

Expired

If this check box is selected, the enterprise-structure model has expired.

Diagram Status

The stage in the development of a model item.

Description

The name or description of the diagram status.

Owner

If this check box is selected, only the owner can modify the enterprise-structure model.

Owner

The name of the owner.

Users with Tools Role

If this check box is selected, only ERP users who have the Tools role that is specified to the right of this check box, can modify the enterprise-structure model. In addition, ERP users who have this role must also be authorized for the enterprise-structure model's version and status.

You can link Tools roles to an ERP user in the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session.

Note: Super users already have Tools roles.
Only Role is Authorized

Everybody

If this check box is selected, every ERP user can modify the enterprise-structure model.

Date

The date when the last changes were made to the enterprise-structure model.

Last Change Time

The time when the last changes were made to the enterprise-structure model.

User

The user who made the last changes to the enterprise-structure model.

The name of the user who made the last changes to the enterprise-structure model.

Copied-From Model

The enterprise-structure model from which the current enterprise-structure model is copied.

Copied-From Model Version

The version of the enterprise-structure model from which the current enterprise-structure model is copied.
