Central Company to store Enterprise Modeler Data (tgbrg0100s000)

Use this session to select a central company.

You can only select a company that is linked to your current package combination.

If you want all DEM data for all companies in the current package combination to be stored in the central company, click Update all Comp.

Example

Package combination B50new.
Companies linked to the package combination 100, 101, 102
Central company 101

If you click Update all Comp the enterprise modeler data is stored in company 101, no matter in which company of package combination B50new you work.

You can use more than one central company. Complete these steps:

Package combination B50new.
Companies linked to the package combination 900, 901, 902, 903
Central company 900, 902
  1. Change your current company to company 901.
  2. Start the current session, and select company 900 as central company.
  3. Click OK.

Repeat the same procedure. Only this time change your current company to 903, and select company 902 as central company.

Sequence

An ERP user who has created a model item or version, or the ERP user who is responsible for the model or version.

If this check box is selected, the business process can only be modified by the owner (See the Owner field). If specific users or roles are specified for the process in the Users by Status by Model Item (tgbrg5108m000) session, the owner must be included in that list.

Central Company to Store Enterprise Structure Models

The company in which all Enterprise Modeler model item data is stored. Central storage facilitates the retrieval of enterprise modeler data.

The name or description of the central company.

Date

The date when the last changes were made to this session.

Time

The time when the last changes were made to this session.

User

The user who made the last changes in this session.
