Attached to Workflow tab (My Office Preferences)

Use this tab to set the preferences for managing the PLM objects of a Microsoft Office file, document, and items that can be linked to the business process.

Preferences Description
Attached to Business Process The type of PLM object associated with a Microsoft Office file, that can be linked to the business process. Possible values:
  • Documents Only
  • Items Only
  • Both
Attach all related objects If this check box is selected, PLM objects (items or documents) of all components in the CAD structure, of a Microsoft Office file are linked to the business process.
Note: The objects are linked based on the value set in theAttached to Business Process field.
Attach Draft Objects Only If this check box is selected, only the draft objects (items/documents) are attached to the business process.
