Initial Save Option tab (My Office Preferences)

Use this tab to set the preferences related to the various Save options for the PLM files, documents, and items.

Preferences Description
Specify Manual ID for Documents If this check box is selected, IDs can be specified for the documents manually.
Set Object Attribute During Save If this check box is selected, attributes can be defined for the files, documents and items that are saved to PLM.
Concatenate Item-ID/File-ID If this check box is selected, the Microsoft Office files are renamed when saved to PLM for the first time with unique names, and the Item-ID or File-ID are concatenated.
