CAD Viewer Workbench (pdpdm8500m000)

Use this session to access CAD files using a browser. You are not required to install CAD software on the local system or any plugin in the browser. You can add new markups such as dimension, text and circle or edit an existing markup for a file.

These are some key operations that you can perform in this workbench:

You can add markups using the options from the Tools tab and save the markup with a name using the Markup Save option on the Custom tab. The saved markups are displayed in the Structure pane of the workbench. You can also use the Open Markups option for the file in the Files (pdpdm2102m000) session to view the saved markups in the Markups (pdpdm5110m000) session.
You can use the Explode option on the Transformation tab to view individual components of the item. When you click the Explode option, the Explode pane is displayed wherein you can set the Level for based on which the item is split.
You can view the 2D and 3D files. You can also attach markups such as comments, notes and drawings to the files displayed in the viewer, for review and collaboration.
