Post Save Process tab (My Office Preferences)

Use this tab to set the preferences related to the Post Save options to check in, save and unlock PLM files, document and items..

Preferences Description
Show message on successful save If this check box is selected, a message is dis- played when these actions are completed successfully:
  • Save to PLM
  • Save and Unlock
  • Check In
Check In Cleanup The action taken on the files after the Check-In. Possible values:
  • Delete File: After check-in, only the root file is deleted from the local system. All other files (in the structure) are set to Read-only and cannot be modified.
  • Make files read-only: After Check-In, all files (in the structure, including the root file) are set to Read-only and cannot be modified in the local system.
Save and Unlock Cleanup The action taken on files after the Save and Unlock operation. Possible values:
  • Delete File: Only the root file is deleted from the local system. All other files (in the structure) are set to Read-only and cannot be modified.
  • Make files read-only: All files (in the structure, including the root file) are set to Read-only and cannot be modified in the local system.
