Statuses by Model Item (tgbrg5107m000)

Use this session to list the statuses that are assigned to a specific model item.

To authorize users for a specific status select the Users by Status by EM Component command on the Specific menu.

When you are modeling, you can assign a status to a model item to monitor its progress in the modeling process.

Note: A model item can only be given a status whose sequence number directly precedes or succeeds the current sequence number of the model item.

Example

These statuses for business process A exist:

  • 10 Developing
  • 20 Integration Test
  • 30 System Test
  • 40 Finished

Assume that the business process A has status Integration Test.

You can only change the status of business process A to the next status, System Test, or to the previous status, Developing!

Sequence

The sequence number of the status.

Assign the status numbers sequentially. Description

The description or name of the status.

Workflow Status

You can assign the same workflow status to different statuses.

The workflow status that you link to a status in the current session is displayed in a session where you can link a status to a model item (for example the Business Process in Repository (tgbrg5100s000) session).
