Employee Groups by Employee Group (tgbrg8157m000)

Use this session to to create and maintain child employee groups.

Note: The employee group type of the parent and child employee group must be the same.
Employee Group

An organizational unit of employees. For example, sales department or purchase department.

Child Employee Group

An employee group that is linked to another employee group at one level below the latter.

Note: All distribution rights for the child employee group are transferred to the parent employee group.
Version

A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as the customer, owner, and effective date.

Description

The description or name of the version.

Expired

If this check box is selected, the link between the child employee group and the employee group has expired and cannot be used in the current modeling version. This means that employees who are a member of the child employee group cannot get the work items that are distributed to the employee group.

If the same link exists in another version, the employees that are linked to the child employee group in that version receive the work items that are distributed to the employee group.

Date

The date when the last changes were made to this session.

Time

The time when the last changes were made to this session.

Last Change User

The user who made the last changes in this session.

Description

The description or name of the child employee group.

Current Modeling Version

The version you currently use to create and modify model items.

Last change user

The name of the user who made the last changes in this session.

Employee Group

The description or name of the employee group.
