Employees by Project Model (tgbrg8140m000)

Use this session to list the employees by project model and optimization phase.

Start the Employees by Project Model (tgbrg8140s000) session to import employees from the repository and link them to the project model and optimization phase.

An employee can switch between run time project models in the process browser if the employee is linked to the project model by means of the current session. Which business processes the employee sees, and what activities can be started depends on the roles.

Roles can be linked to employees in the repository by using the these sessions:

  • The Employees by Role (tgbrg8120m000) session
  • The Roles by Employee (tgbrg8122m000) session
  • The Roles by Employee (in all versions) (tgbrg8123m000) session
Note: If an employee must be able to carry out an ERP session, you must link a ERP user to this employee in the User Enterprise Modeler Settings (tgbrg8136m000) session. If you do not link an ERP user to an employee, the user is only authorized to carry out other activities.

If the Use Employee - Project Model link field in the Enterprise Modeler Parameters (tgbrg0135s000) session is No, do not link employees to a project model. For the creation of process browsers no check will be carried out that will verify if employees are linked to the project model.
