Employees by Role (tgbrg8120m000)

Use this session to link and list employees by a role and version.

The relationship between an employee and a role is version dependent. If a role is deleted from a employee, but the link is present in an earlier version, this link becomes active.

Note: If an employee is not linked to a user, he/she will not be able to carry out activties of the type application. For more information see the Configure Users by DEM Employees (tgbrg8240m000) session.
Role

In Enterprise Modeler a role is a set of specific qualifications and/or skills that an employee must have to be authorized to carry out a business process, activity, or subapplication.

Employee

A human member of an organization model. Typically, employees are Workflow users who carry out activities with the Worklist Handler.

Version

A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as the customer, owner, and effective date.

Description

The description or name of the version.

User

The name of the user who made the last changes in this session.

Expired

If this check box is selected, the link between the role and the employee has expired and cannot be used in the current modeling version. This means that, in this version, the employee cannot carry out the business process and/or activities to which the role is linked.

Date

The date when the last changes were made to this session.

Time

The time when the last changes were made to this session.

User

The user who made the last changes in this session.

Current Modeling Version

The version you currently use to create and modify model items.

Description

The description or name of the role.

Name

The name of the employee.
