Use this session to display the business process properties.

You can maintain the business process properties in the Business Process in Repository (tgbrg5100s000) session.

Business Process

A set of one or more activities and states that collectively realize a business objective.

Version

A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as the customer, owner, and effective date.

Description

The description or name of the version.

Business Process Category

A division within a system of classification. Most model items can be categorized.

The description or name of the category.

Owner

An ERP user who has created a model item or version, or the ERP user who is responsible for the model or version.

Generation Date

The date when the business process was created in the Business Process in Repository (tgbrg5100s000) session.

Expired

If this check box is selected, the business process has expired.

Support Application

One or more applications that can be linked to a business process or an activity to help the employee carry out the process/activity. Note that a support application can contain both applications and other support applications.

Description

The description or name of the support application.

Repository Help

If this check box is selected, repository Help is available, which provides you with further information about the business process.

User Last Change

The user who made the last changes to the business process.

User Last Change

The name of the user who made the last changes to the business process.

Last Change

The date when the last change was made to business process in the Business Process in Repository (tgbrg5100s000) session.

Diagram Status

The stage in the development of a model item.

Description

The description or name of the status.

Owner

If this check box is selected, only the owner is authorized to modify the business process. In addition, the owner must also be authorized for the version and status of the business process.

Note: In the current session, the value of this field is only informative. You can change the value of this field in the Business Process in Repository (tgbrg5100s000) session, provided that you have the proper authorization.

The name of the owner.

Authorization role

If this check box is selected, only ERP users who have the Tools role that is specified in the Only Role is Authorized field are authorized to modify the business process. In addition, users who have this role must also be authorized for the version and the status of the business process.

You can link Tools roles to a user in the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session.

Note: Super users already have Tools roles.

In the current session, the value of this field is only informative. You can change the value of this field in the Business Process in Repository (tgbrg5100s000) session, provided that you have the proper authorization.
