Business Processes (tgbrg5500m000)

Use this session to list business processes that you can use to create business-process models.

You can create business-process models in these sessions:

  • Business Processes by Reference Model (tgbrg3560m000)
  • Business Processes by Project Model (tgbrg4560m000)

Start the Business Process in Repository (tgbrg5100s000) session to create and maintain business processes.

Current Modeling Version

The version you currently use to create and modify model items.

Business Process

A set of one or more activities and states that collectively realize a business objective.

Version

A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as the customer, owner, and effective date.

Note: If the version is not equal to the current modeling version it is a derived-from version. As a result, the role can only be displayed in the read only mode.
Description

The description or name of the business process.

Owner

An ERP user who has created a model item or version, or the ERP user who is responsible for the model or version.

Diagram Status

The stage in the development of a model item.

Repository Help

If this check box is selected, a Help text is available, which provides you with further information about the business process.

Expired

If this check box is selected, the business process has expired and can no longer be used in the current modeling version.
