Create Enterprise Structure Model (tgbrg0115s000)
Use this session to create an enterprise-structure model from within the Enterprise Modeler Editor (EME).
You cannot change enterprise-structure models:
- For which you are not authorized
- Which are in versions other than the current modeling version.

An enterprise structure diagram that shows the geographic location of enterprise units and the relationships between these enterprise units in a multisite organization.
- Description

The description or name of the enterprise-structure model.
- Version

A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as the customer, owner, and effective date.

The description or name of the model item.
- Generation Date

By default, this is the date when the enterprise-structure model is created. However, anybody who is authorized can change the date into any other date.

An ERP user who has created a model item or version, or the ERP user who is responsible for the model or version.

- Last Change

The date when the last change of the enterprise-structure model took place.

The ERP user who last changed the enterprise-structure model.

The name of the user.

A graphic design that is used to visualize geographical locations of the enterprise units in an enterprise structure diagram.

If this check box is selected, Help text has been created that provides you with further information about the enterprise-structure model.

If this check box is selected, the enterprise-structure model has expired.

The enterprise-structure model from which the current enterprise-structure model is copied.

If this check box is selected, only the owner is authorized to modify the enterprise-structure model. In addition, the owner must also be authorized for the enterprise-structure model's version and status.

- Users with Tools Role

If this check box is selected, only ERP users who have the Tools role that is specified to the right of this check box, can modify the enterprise-structure model. In addition, ERP users who have this role must also be authorized for the enterprise-structure model's version and status.
You can link Tools roles to a normal user in the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session.
Note: Super users already have Tools roles. - Only Role is Authorized

If this check box is selected, all ERP users are authorized to modify the enterprise-structure model. In addition, the ERP users must also be authorized for the enterprise-structure model's version and status.
