Using the Item, Lot and Serial 360 graph

To view the breakdown structure of an item in the Tracking (whltc3800m000) session (the graph):

  • In the Selection (whltc3600m200) session:

    • An item and a lot or a serial number must be specified.
    • The Where Used or the Where Supplied option must be selected.
  • On the appropriate menu of the Tracking (whltc3800m000) session, at least one of these options must be selected:

    • As Built
    • As Maintained

If you specify an item without a lot or serial number in the Selection (whltc3600m200) session, the lot and serial numbers and the related transactions of this item are displayed in the Item, Lot and Serial Transactions (whltc3510m000) session.

The information in the As Built node in the graph is based on the Serial End Item - As-Built Headers (timfc0110m000) session. The date displayed in the As Built node is the transaction date of the warehouse receipt of the lot or serial specified in the Selection (whltc3600m200) session.

The date displayed in the As Maintained node in the graph is the start date of the status of the lot or serial item specified in the Selection (whltc3600m200) session, if the specified item is a component.

If the specified item is the end item, the As Maintained node does not display a date. The start date of the status is taken from the Status Start Time field of the Physical Breakdowns (tscfg2110m000) session.

The status start time is not specified for the top node of the physical breakdown.

The As Maintained folder displays the current version of the as-maintained structure.

View transaction data related to folders in graph

If you right-click a folder in the graph, you can start various sessions in which details of the item, lot, and/or serial number contained in the folder are displayed.

If you select a folder in the graph, the transactional information relating to the item, lot, and/or serial number contained in the folder is displayed in the Item, Lot and Serial Transactions (whltc3510m000) session.

Note: This overwrites previously selected transactional information filters specified in the Selection (whltc3600m200) session.
