Delete/Archive Issues by Period (whinr1220m000)
Use this session to archive and/or delete item issue data by period.
Use this session to:
- Record the inventory transaction data up to a certain date in an archiving company, without deleting it from your current company.
- Record the inventory transaction data up to a certain date in an archiving company, and delete it from your current company.
- Delete the inventory transaction data from your current company without archiving.
Select whether you want to delete or archive the item issue data, then enter the year up to which you want to delete or archive. If you have chosen to archive the transactions, you must enter a company.

Indicates if the item issue data is archived and/or deleted.

If this check box is selected, texts that are attached to the inventory transactions are archived.
Note: If this check box is cleared, the Overwrite Text field is dimmed. - Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected, texts which already exist under the archive company number are overwritten by the texts from the operational company.
Note: You can only use this field if you have selected the Archive Text field. - Original Company

The code of the current company. This is the company whose data must be deleted or archived.
- Archive-to Company

The code of the archive company in which the archived data is stored.
For each company, an archive company is defined in the Archive-to Company of the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
