Shipment Validation Log (whinh4521m000)
Use this session to view the validation errors that resulted from the shipment validation process.
Use the options on the appropriate menu to view all messages, the most recent messages, or the actual messages. Actual messages refer to unresolved validation errors.
Field Information
- Shipment

The shipment for which the validation error messages are generated.
- Load

The load for which the validation error messages are generated.
- Shipment Line

The shipment line for which the validation error message is generated.
- Rule

The validation rule that is used to validate the shipment.
- Line

The number of the validation line. For every new line, the number is increased by 10.
If two validation lines are linked in a parent-child fashion, the parent and the child line have the same line number. The child line has sequence number 1 and for the parent line, the Children Present check box is selected.

The sequence number of the validation message.
- Validation Date

The date on which the shipment is validated.
- User

The user who performed the shipment validation.
- Source Table

The source table of the field that is validated.

The message that results from the shipment validation.
- Blocking

If this check box is selected, a shipment cannot be confirmed if validation against the current validation line is unsuccessful.
The validation errors must be corrected before shipment confirmation is allowed.
If this check box is cleared, unsuccessful validation against the current validation line results in a warning message. If required, the shipment can be confirmed without correcting the validation error.
