Outbound Advice Lots and Serials (whinh4126m000)

Use this session to register the lot codes, serial numbers, or both of the items to be issued or picked.

You can manually enter new lot codes or serial numbers or link existing lot codes or serial numbers to the outbound advice.

To link serial numbers, on the appropriate menu, choose Link Serial(s). The Serialized Items (tcibd4501m000) session starts, in which you can select the advised serial numbers and link the numbers to the outbound advice.

If outbound inspections are required for the lot or serialized items, the lot or serial numbers specified in this session are updated to the corresponding warehousing inspection lines.

Note: Except for advice lines based on outbound order lines of the JSC Production origin, for which LN does not create shipment lines, you are not required to specify the lot codes or serial numbers for the outbound advice. You must specify the lot codes or serial numbers of the items to be shipped in the Shipment Line Stock Point Details (whinh4133m000) session. The lot codes or serial numbers specified in the current session are copied to the Shipment Line Stock Point Details (whinh4133m000) session as default values.
