Print Receipts (whinh3412m000)

Use this session to print receipts. You can specify a range of receipts to be printed. You can also print an inspection report if an inspection has been done. Order amounts can be in home currency.

Receipts can be printed in the following sort orders:

  • Order
  • Item
  • Receipt number
  • Ship-from business partner

Field Information

Print Receipt Lines

The options to print the receipt lines.

Allowed values

All

All the receipt lines are printed.

Unexpected

The receipt lines with the status set to Unexpected are printed.

Open

The open receipt lines are printed.

Under Review

The receipt lines with header status set to Under Review, are printed.

Confirmed

The receipt lines with the status set to Confirmed are printed.

Print
Components Issue Lines

If this check box is selected, LN prints receipts for BOM lines.

Lots and Serials

If this check box is selected, LN prints the received serial numbers. You can view the received serial numbers in the Receipt Line Stock Point Details (whinh3123m000) session.

Ownership

If this check box is selected, LN prints the ownership of the goods in the receipt.

Peg Distribution

If this check box is selected, LN prints the project cost peg distribution details of the received items along with the receipt lines.

Note: 

You can print the pegs only for confirmed receipts.

This field is enabled only if the Print field is set to All or Confirmed.

You can view this field only if Project Pegging check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.

Landed Costs

If this check box is selected, LN prints the landed cost lines for the selected receipt order.

Inspection Text

If this check box is selected, LN prints the text inserted in the Inspection Text field of the Receipt Lines (whinh3112s000) session, if text is present in this field.

Receipt Line Text

If this check box is selected, LN prints the text inserted in the Receipt Line Text field of the Receipt Lines (whinh3112s000) session, if text is present in this field.
