Confirm Receipts (whinh3212m000)

Use this session to confirm receipts and to print labels.

To confirm receipts, fill the search criteria fields in the Receipt Selection Range tab or the Order Selection Range tab and click Confirm.

Field Information

Receipt

The first receipt of the range of receipts that you want to confirm.

Receipt

The last receipt of the range of receipts that you want to confirm.

Receipt Line

The first receipt line of the range of receipt lines that you want to confirm.

Receipt Line

The last receipt line of the range of receipt lines that you want to confirm.

Actual Receipt Date

The first receipt date of the receipt date range. Receipts whose receipt dates fall within the range are confirmed.

Receipt Date

The last receipt date of the receipt date range. Receipts whose receipt dates fall within the range are confirmed.

Receiving Warehouse

The first receiving warehouse of the receiving warehouse range. Receipts whose receiving warehouses fall within the range are confirmed.

Receiving Warehouse

The last receiving warehouse of the receiving warehouse range. Receipts whose receiving warehouses fall within the range are confirmed.

Receiving Location

The first receiving location of the receiving location range. Receipts whose receiving locations fall within the range are confirmed.

Receiving Location

The last receiving location of the receiving location range. Receipts whose receiving locations fall within the range are confirmed.

Ship-from Business Partner

The first ship-from business partner of the ship-from business partner range. Receipts whose ship-from business partners fall within the range are confirmed.

Ship-from Business Partner

The last ship-from business partner of the ship-from business partner range. Receipts whose ship-from business partners fall within the range are confirmed.

Load

The first load of the load range. Receipts whose loads fall within the range are confirmed.

Load

The last load of the load range. Receipts whose loads fall within the range are confirmed.

Shipment

The first shipment of the shipment range. Receipts whose shipments fall within the range are confirmed.

Shipment

The last shipment of the shipment range. Receipts whose shipments fall within the range are confirmed.

From Packing Slip

The first packing slip of the packing slip range. Receipts whose packing slips fall within the range are confirmed.

To Packing Slip

The last packing slip of the packing slip range. Receipts whose packing slips fall within the range are confirmed.

Report

If this check box is selected, a report listing the confirmed receipts is printed.

Error Report

If this check box is selected, an error report of the confirming process is printed.

Order Origin

The first order origin of the order origin range. Receipts whose order origins fall within the range are confirmed.

Order Origin

The last order origin of the order origin range. Receipts whose order origins fall within the range are confirmed.

Order

The first order ID of the order ID range. Receipts whose order IDs fall within the range are confirmed.

Order

The last order ID of the order ID range. Receipts whose order IDs fall within the range are confirmed.

Set

The first order set of the order set range. Receipts whose order sets fall within the range are confirmed.

Set

The last order set of the order set range. Receipts whose order sets fall within the range are confirmed.

Line

The first order line of the order line range. Receipts whose order lines fall within the range are confirmed.

Line

The last order line of the order line range. Receipts whose order lines fall within the range are confirmed.

Effectivity Unit

The first effectivity unit of the effectivity unit range. Receipts whose effectivity units fall within the range are confirmed.

Effectivity Unit

From Item

The first item of the item range. Receipts whose items fall within the range are confirmed.

To Item

The last item of the item range. Receipts whose items fall within the range are confirmed.

Label Printing

The print options for the labels.

Allowed values

No: No labels are printed in the outbound advice.
According Order Settings: LN prints the outbound advice based on the order settings.
Overrule Order Settings: LN overrules the order settings and enables the options to print the labels manually.

Label Printing Settings

Label Printed by

LN allows you to specify the application that must be used to print the labels for the defined layout.

Allowed values

Infor LN: The labels are printed by LN.
External application: The labels are printed by an external application.

Note:

You can view this field only if packaging level BOD is implemented.

Default value of this field is Infor LN.

The value External application is not applicable when the packaging label BOD is not implemented.

Label Layout

The label layout according to which the handling units must be printed.

Copies

The number of copies of the label that must be printed.

Handling Units Only

If this check box is selected, the labels are printed for the items that use handling units.

Label Printing Method

You can print the labels based on the following options:

By Line: Labels are printed by line.
By Unit: Labels are printed for each unit on the line.
