Service User Templates (tsmdm1660m000)
Use this session to create user templates that enable you to define authorizations for a field service engineer. You can define authorizations such as creating a service order, a material line, and a travel line. Based on the authorizations provided, the engineer can handle the assignments.
You can also define the template in the Service User Profiles (tsmdm1150m000) session. This template is linked to the login code of a service employee.
You can also use the Service Order Parameters (tssoc0100m000) session to define a template that can be applicable for all service employees.
LN follows a search mechanism to determine the template you can use. LN first considers the template defined in the Service User Profiles (tsmdm1150m000) session based on the employee login code. If the template is not defined in the Service User Profiles (tsmdm1150m000) session, the template defined in the Service Order Parameters (tssoc0100m000) session is considered.
