Rental equipment request from Call

A rental equipment request can be created for a call from the Call (tsclm1100m000) session.

You can use the Transfer Call to Rental Request option. TheCreate Equipment Rental Request (tssoc5250m000) session is displayed wherein you can specify the details and select the Create option. Infor LN creates are request in the Equipment Rental Requests (tssoc5150m000)session with the Origin field set to Call.

The status of the call is updated to Transferred.
