Generating the Performance measurement

Infor LN allows you to generate the performance measurement data that is used in planning, progress tracking and monitoring of a project.

You can use the Performance Measurement Generate Codes (tpppc5500m000) session to create and maintain the Generate Codes and the related information such as baseline and top down budget version. These codes are used to store the generated performance measurement data.

You can use the Generate Performance Measurement (tpppc5200m000) session to generate the performance measurement data for a project or for a range of projects, up to a specific period. If only one project is selected, you can use the Performance Measurement Generate Codes (tpppc5500m000) session to select a Generate Code. The generated performance measurement data is linked to this Generate Code.

If you select a range of projects to generate the performance measurement data, Infor LN retrieves the generate codes for these projects from the Performance Measurement Generate Codes (tpppc5500m000) session. Performance measurement can also be generated using the old baseline and old top-down budget version, if available.

The Performance Measurement using EVM (tppss0702m000) session allows you to create a graphical representation of the performance value. The graph provides you an insight into the total value for each project. You can adjust your planning for the project based on the analysis of the Schedule Variance and the Cost Variance. You can select the data and the view to display the graph.

Infor LN allows you to print the performance measurement reports using the Print Performance Measurement (tpppc5440m000)session. The report displays performance data such as Cost Performance Index and Schedule performance index.
