Using activity budget line status

The status of an activity budget line can be:

• Free: The budget line is not included in control data. You can modify the budget line.
• Actual: The history of the budget line can be maintained. If the Actual check box in the Project Budget Parameters (tpptc0100s000) session is selected, you can generate the control data for these budget lines.
• Final: The history of the budget line cannot be maintained. The activity cannot be modified but the corresponding budget (activity or time-phased) can be modified with an adjustment. If the Final check box in the Project Budget Parameters (tpptc0100s000) session is selected, you can generate control data.
