Use this session to display the budgeted amounts by cost-type and cost component for:

  • The selected project
  • The budget-cost analysis code
  • The plan
  • The activity

Project

The code that uniquely identifies the project.

Project Status

The project's status.

Budget Cost Analysis Version

The code that uniquely identifies the budget-cost analysis.

Last Calculation Time

The date on which the latest budget-cost analysis was performed via the Generate Budget Cost Analysis (tpptc3200m000) session for the selected budget-cost analysis version.

Plan

The code that uniquely identifies the plan.

Activity

The code that uniquely identifies the activity.

Currency

The default currency in the overview session is the project currency. Both in a dependent and in an independent currency system you can change this currency to other currencies with the Rotate Currency option <CTRL-R>.

The following sequence is applicable:

  1. Project currency
  2. Local currency
  3. Reporting currency 1
  4. Reporting currency 2
Note: Only the last three currencies are home currencies.
Cost Component

The cost component.

Note: You can only specify a cost component for which the Component Type is set to Detail or Collect in the Cost Components (tcmcs0148m000) session.
Amount

Surcharge Amount

The budgeted cost of surcharges associated with the cost component.

Labor Amount

The budgeted cost of cost objects with a cost-type of labor.

Item Cost

The budgeted cost of cost objects with a cost-type of material.

Equipment Amount

The budgeted cost of cost objects with a cost-type type of equipment.

Subcontracting Amount

The budgeted cost of cost objects with a cost-type of subcontracting.

Sundry Cost Amount

The budgeted cost of cost objects with a cost-type of sundry cost, excluding any surcharge amounts.

No. of Labor Hours

The number of hours associated with the labor cost objects in the budget.
