Delete Budget (tpptc2203m000)

Use this session to delete the bottom-up budget lines for a range of elements or activities of a project. You can only delete the budget lines based on the status of the project , budget status, and budget adjustments. The report includes the deleted budget lines and the lines that are not deleted, and the reason for the deletion.

Note: When you delete the budget lines, you must run all the process sessions linked to the budget line, again.

Field Information

Selection Range

Selection Range: Use the fields in the Selection Range to specify the range of data for which you want to delete the budget lines.

Structure Range

Elements: If this check box is selected, the From and To fields related to the elements are enabled.
From: The From and To fields define a range of: elements for which you want to delete the budget lines.
Activities: If this check box is selected, the From and To fields related to the activities are enabled.
From: The From and To fields define a range of: activities for which you want to delete the budget lines.

Reports

Process Report: If this check box is selected, LN prints the process report for the selected range of data.
Error Report: If this check box is selected, LN prints the error report for the selected range of data.

Cost Object

Cost Object Selection

Item: If this check box is selected, the From and To fields related to the item are enabled.
From: The From and To fields define a range of: items for which you want to delete the budget lines for the specified elements or activities.
Labor: If this check box is selected, the From and To fields related to the labor are enabled.
From: The From and To fields define a range of: labor lines for which you want to delete the budget lines for the specified elements or activities.
Equipment: If this check box is selected, the From and To fields related to the equipment are enabled.
From: The From and To fields define a range of: equipments for which you want to delete the budget lines for the specified elements or activities.
Subcontracting: If this check box is selected, the From and To fields related to the subcontracting are enabled.
From: The From and To fields define a range of: subcontracting lines for which you want to delete the budget lines for the specified elements or activities.
Sundry Cost: If this check box is selected, the From and To fields sundry cost are enabled.
From: The From and To fields define a range of: sundry-cost lines for which you want to delete the budget lines for the specified elements or activities.
