Rescheduling Messages for Material (tppss6505m000)

Use this session to view the rescheduling messages for material purchase orders that were generated during the last PRP run. You can view more details of a rescheduling message in the Rescheduling Messages for Material (tppss6105s000) details session.

Rescheduling messages are generated for PRP orders of the following types:

  • Firm-planned
  • Confirmed
  • Transferred

Rescheduling messages are not generated for transferred purchase budget lines.

Note: If you have acted on the rescheduling message, you can delete it in this session.

Field Information

Project

The code that uniquely identifies the project.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Project Status

The project status.

Sequence Number

The sequence number which identifies the rescheduling message.

Transaction Type

The origin of this particular transaction. The transaction origin (TROR) is the object that drives the transaction.

Following are the transaction origins:

  • Purchase Order for transferred PRP purchase orders
  • Purchase Schedule for transferred PRP purchase orders
  • PRP Purchase Order for the Firm-planned or Confirmed status
  • PRP Warehouse Order for the Firm-planned or Confirmed status
  • Warehouse Transfer for transferred PRP warehouse orders
  • Request for Quotation for transferred PRP purchase orders
Order Number

The code of the order to which this message applies.

Position Number

The position number of the order line. As an order can have multiple order lines, this number is used to identify the particular line to which the rescheduling message applies.

Sequence Number

The sequence number of the order line detail.

Item

The code that uniquely identifies the ordered item.

If the first segment is filled, the item is a project-specific cost object. If it is empty, then the item is a standard cost object.

Rescheduling Message

The type of rescheduling message.

Effectivity Unit

The effectivity unit code. This is a display field.

Description

The description or name of the code.
