Generate Service Orders (tppss6250m000)
Use this session to generate service orders and service order activity lines for the activity budget lines.
You can generate service orders only for the following activities:

The Project Status must be set to Active.
- Activities with the Budget Status set to Actual or Final and Work Authorization Status set to Released are considered.
- Activities that are linked to a reference activity and are part of the active activity structure.
- Activities with the start date entered lower than the current date + the time fence.
- Activities for which activity budget data is generated using the Generate Budget from Reference Activity (tpptc2250m000) session.

- Use Installation Group Project

If this check box is selected, the installation group defined in the Project (tppdm6600m400) session is used when generating a service order.
- Installation Group

The code that identifies the installation group.
Note: This field is disabled if the Use Installation Group Project check box is selected. - Description

- Service Department

The code of the service department.
Note: You can leave this field empty. If the Service Department is not linked, the service department of the reference activity is considered. If the reference activity does not have a service department linked to it, ERP displays the service department of the user. - Description

The default number group defined for the service order.

- Order Series

The code that identifies the order series.
- Series Description

The description or name of the code.
- Time Fence for Service Orders

Specify the time period. The time fence is used to select the budget lines with start date lower than the current date + the time fence.
- Process Report

If this check box is selected, LN prints the process report. By default, the check box is selected. If required, you can clear the check box.
- Error Report

If this check box is selected, LN prints an error report. By default, the check box is selected. If required, you can clear the check box.
If this check box is cleared, LN will not print the report.
