Performance Measurement Using EVM Graph (For Home Page) (tppss0801m000)

Use this session to create a graph of the performance figures in the Performance Measurement Activity (tpppc5540m000) session. The graph provides an insight into the totals per project. You can adjust your planning based on the Schedule Variance and the Cost Variance.

Note: You can start this session from the Project Manager Homepage. The Project Manager Homepage can be viewed only from the LN UI.

Field Information

Project: The code of the project.
Project: The description or name of the code.
Periods: The first year for which you want to display the graph.
/: The first period for which you want to display the graph.
/: The last year for which you want to display the graph.
/: The last period for which you want to display the graph.
Generate Code: The code of the generated performance measurement that you want to display.
Currency: currency.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Planned Value: If this check box is selected, the budgeted costs of work scheduled are displayed.
Earned Value: If this check box is selected, the budgeted costs of work performed are displayed.
Budget at Completion: If this check box is selected, the Budget at Completion (BAC) is displayed.
Estimate at Completion: If this check box is selected, the Estimate at Completion (EAC) is displayed.

Note: The EAC can not be displayed if the leading forecast method is Estimate Extra Cost.
Actual Cost: If this check box is selected, the actual costs are displayed.
Include Commitments: If this check box is selected, the commitments are included in the actual costs.
Actual Revenues: If this check box is selected, the actual revenues are displayed.

Note: Actual Revenues are registered when project data is transferred in the Transfer Transactions to Invoicing (tppin4200m000) session.
Planned Revenues: If this check box is selected, the planned revenues are displayed.

Note: Planned revenues are obtained from advances and installments.
Include Forecast: If this check box is selected, the forecasts are included in the planned revenues.
Material Costs: If this check box is selected, the material costs are displayed.
Subcontracting Costs: If this check box is selected, the subcontracting costs are displayed.
Labor Costs: If this check box is selected, the labor costs are displayed.
Sundry Cost: If this check box is selected, the sundry cost are displayed.
Equipment Costs: If this check box is selected, the equipment costs are displayed.
