Activity Workbench (tppss2600m000)

Use session to view and filter the activities. The activities can be filterd based on the Work Authorization Status, Due Date, Incomplete Labor Lines, and so on. This helps in identifying the activities that require immediate attention.

Field Information

Selection

Project Manager: The name of the project manager.
Activity Manager: The name of the activity manager.
Project: The code of the project.
Project Location: The location of the project.

Period

Date From

The date and time from when the activities are displayed.

Date to

The date and time up to which the activities are displayed.

Due Date

The due date based on which the activities are filtered.

Scheduled Start Date
Scheduled Finish Date
Earliest Start Date
Latest Start Date
Earliest Finish Date
Latest Finish Date
Constraint Date

Work Authorization Status

On Hold: Click On Hold to activate this filter. The number of activities within the selection that are on hold, are displayed. Infor LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.
Free: Click Free to activate this filter. The number of activities within the selection that are free, are displayed. Infor LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.
Released: Click Released to activate this filter. The number of activities within the selection that are released, are displayed. Infor LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.
Finished: Click Finished to activate this filer. The number of activities within the selection that are finished, are displayed. Infor LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.
Closed: Click Closed to activate this filer. The number of activities within the selection that are released, are displayed. Infor LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Due Date

Past Due: Click Past Due to activate this filter. The activities for which the scheduled start date is before the current date, are displayed. Infor LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.
Today: Click Today to activate this filter. Activities for which the scheduled start date is the current date, are displayed. Infor LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.
1 - 7 days: Click 1 - 7 days to activate this filter. Activities for which the scheduled start date is within 1 to 7 days from the current date, are displayed. Infor LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.
Beyond 7 days: Click Beyond 7 days to activate this filter. Activities for which the scheduled start date is 8 or more days from the current date, are displayed. Infor LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.
No Date: Click Beyond 7 days to activate this filter. Activities for which date is not specified, are displayed. Infor LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Incomplete Labor Lines

Allocated Hours: Click Allocated Hours to activate this filter. Activities for which hours are allocated, are displayed. Infor LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.
Assignments: Click Assignments to activate this filter. Assignments with the status Free, are displayed. Infor LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Not Approved

PRP Purchase Orders: Click PRP Purchase Orders to activate this filter. Activities for which the linked PPR purchase orders are required to be approved, are displayed. Infor LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.
PRP Warehouse Orders: Click PRP Warehouse Orders to activate this filter. Activities for which the PPR warehouse orders are required to be approved, are displayed. Infor LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Graph

The graphical representation of the data displayed in the grid. This data is displayed as a mix of a stacked and a standard bar graph.

Note: You can select Costs or Hours to view the data in the graph. The data in the graph is displayed based on the period specified in the Project Accounting Parameters (tpppc0100s000) session.
