Print Project Manager's Control Report (tpppc4413m000)

Use this session to print control reports at the element level. Reports can be based on element by cost type, cost component, control code, or cost object.

You can make a choice between two reports, while you are entering the print job:

  • The Foreman's Control Report, which prints budgeted/actual/allowed quantities.
  • The Project Manager's Control Report, which prints budgeted/actual/allowed amounts in the currency that is specified in this session.

Level to be Printed

The level on which the data is printed.

The levels at which cost control is generated are selected in the Project - Cost Control Levels (tppdm6102m000) session.

You can print out the amount per unit calculated from the budget line or calculated from the element. The formula is: amount per unit = amount / quantity

Calculation for Elements that cannot be Settled

Elements that cannot be settled can be included in the report with their actual progress or their allowed progress.

Indicates how you want the project to be sorted.
