Delete Physical Progress (tpppc1205m000)

Use this session to globally delete records whose progress value is zero, or for which the progress data has not changed over several dates (the progress for the earliest date is retained).

Using this session, you delete the progress generated of the following types:

By element/cost object (control code)
By activity/cost object (control code)
By activity/cost type
By extension/cost object (control code)
By element
By activity

Field Information

Clear Zero-Figures: If this check box is selected, zero progress is removed. With progress for material, the inventory must also be zero. If this check box is cleared, zero progress is not automatically removed.
Clear Unchanged Figures: If this check box is selected, unchanged progress is removed. The progress last changed is retained.
Clear If Text Present: If this check box is selected, the clearing process is not affected by the presence or absence of text linked to progress records. If this check box is cleared,, progress records to which text has been linked are not deleted.

Note:
As only text can be present for elements and activities, this option is not relevant for other types of progress.
