Generate Budget for Deliverables (tppdm7200m400)

Use this session to generate the budget lines data for the deliverables or schedules based on the contracts, contract lines, contract deliverables, contract schedule and the contract deliverable status.

Note:

If the budget lines already exist for the selected deliverable and the status of the deliverable is set to other than Final in the Contract Deliverables (tppdm7100m100) session, the generated budget lines replace the existing budget data.

Contract

The From and To fields define a range of: contracts.

Contract Line

The From and To fields define a range of: contract lines

Deliverable

The From and To fields define a range of: contract deliverables

Schedule

The From and To fields define a range of: contract schedules.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Create Budget for field is set to Schedule.

Status

The From and To fields define a range of: contract deliverable status.

Allowed values

Free: The deliverable line is created but not executed yet. Changes are possible.
Active: The deliverable is released for planning. You can set the status to Active if the work authorization status of the related element or activity is Released.
Released to Warehousing: A warehouse order is created for the deliverable line. You can set the status of the deliverable to Released to Warehousing if the contract line is Active.
Delivered: The deliverable item is delivered to the business partner.
Closed: All the financial transactions for the deliverable line are closed.
Canceled: The deliverable line is canceled, if the contract line is canceled.

Generate Deliverable Budget from

The option based on which the budget lines are generated for the contract deliverables or schedules.

Allowed values

Item: The budget lines are generated based on the standard costs of the items.
Cost Component: The budget lines are generated based on the sum of all the cost components. The cost details are saved with the budget line and include the amounts for each cost component.

Create Budget for

The level at which the budget lines are generated.

Allowed values

Deliverables: The budget lines are generated for the contract deliverables.
Schedules: The budget lines are generated for the contract schedules.

Print Options

Process Report: If this check box is selected, a process report is generated.

Note: By default, this check box is selected.
Error Report: If this check box is selected, an error report is generated.
