Responsibility by Employees (tppdm6149m000)

Use this session to assign specific responsibilities to employees for a contract, project, or both. Each line in the list is a unique combination of employee and responsibility.

You can assign a responsibility to multiple employees. For example, you can assign multiple cost engineers to a single responsibility. The employee's responsibility can be linked to a:

  • Project
  • Contract
  • Contract and Contract Line
  • or a combination of these options

You can define the validity period of the responsibility. For example, a contract manager is responsible for the contract until a specified date, after which the responsibility can be assigned to another employee.
