Bill of Material (BOM)
Use the Bill of Material module to define the product structure of a manufactured item. A bill of material is a list of components of an item, including such information as the routing (sequence of operations) required to assemble the components and produce the item.
You can use the module to define aggregation relationships for planning purposes and a bill of critical materials for items that can cause bottlenecks in the production process.
