Production Site

The ID of the site where subcontracted production takes place.

Product

The subcontracted item.

Revision

The revision ID.

Subcontractor

Subcontractor Site

The location where the subcontracted manufacturing takes place.

Subcontractor Cluster

The planning cluster the subcontractor belongs to.

Subcontractor Warehouse

The external warehouse to which materials are delivered.

Ship-from Business Partner

The business partner who ships the (intermediate) product.

Effective Date

The date and time on which the subcontracting takes effect.

Available for Planning

If this check box is selected, the subcontracting model is available to be used for planning.

Used for Planning

If this check box is selected, the subcontracting model is enabled for use in planning. The routing of the subcontracting model can be used for multiple subcontracting items.

Use for Costing

If this check box is selected, the subcontracting model is enabled for costing, and for use in the calculation of the standard cost of a subcontracting item.

Source

The source of the subcontracting model.

The P-BOM is defined in the Production Bills of Material (timfc3100m000) session.

Production Bill of Material

The P-BOM revision was generated from an existing production bill of material.

Engineering Bill of Material

The P-BOM is generated from an engineering bill of material.

Note: If the P-BOM is generated from an E-BOM, the Source Engineering Item and Source Revision fields are filled.
Configurator (PCF)

The P-BOM is generated from data imported from the PCF configurator.

Configurator

The P-BOM is generated from data imported from Infor Configurator.

PLM

The P-BOM is generated from data imported from PLM.

Job Shop Bill of Material

The P-BOM was generated from a job shop bill of material.

The date the selected subcontracting model was approved for use.

The employee who approved the selected subcontracting model for use.

The employee who expired the selected subcontracting model.

Lead Time

The production time of an item expressed in hours or days, based on the supply time defined in the Item - Purchase session.

Transport To

The time needed, in hours, to transport the subcontracted item to the subcontractor site.

Transport From

The time needed, in hours, to transport the item to the subcontractor site.

Lead Time Type

Specify the type of lead time used for the subcontracting model.

Allowed values

  • Fixed
  • Proportional
Fixed Supply Time

If the lead time type is Fixed, the supply time does not depend on the ordered quantity.

Supply Time

If the lead time type is Proportional, the supply time needed per unit. The supply time will increase with the number of units.

Actual Calendar

The actual calendar used by the subcontracting model.

Origin

The ID of the session where the actual calendar is defined.

Item Capacity

The capacity of the subcontractor location in terms of products to deliver. This value is used in planning to analyze the availability of the subcontractor.

Week

The period over which the item capacity is displayed.

Subcontracting Purchase Price

The purchase price of a subcontracted item, expressed in the purchase currency.
